Brian was the team's backend muscle. His experience at Google with the R language is the reason why we used it for our web development. Whenever we had an idea for displaying the data Brian was able to come up with the algorithm in R with a chilling fluency. We would have never chosen to use R if it were not for our trust in his expertise.
