Andres Ruiz

Andres is a strongly skilled developer who worked on almost every aspect of the project. From the beginning he came up with extraordinarily creative hacks for mining data off of the websites (his best feat was with the EPA database). Andres also worked along with Jared on the scripting for formatting the data and also worked on the web development side of R with Brian.
